The Buckeyes stepped in it this time. Due to the tattoo scandal this off season the Buckeyes are left with a bunch of suspended stars including QB Terrelle Pryor and back Daniel Herron. Thank goodness for Ohio State their biggest challenge may be just Miami(Florida). Pryor will miss time so likely senior Jon Bauserman will start at quarterback during his absence. Herron has a great next step and has experience going into his senior season. DeVier Posey, Pryor's number one target is also suspended. But, the two will form a lethal combo when they get back from suspension. The other option will be untested sophomore Corey Brown. The offensive line is one of the better in the Big Ten. Tackle Mike Adams will be out the first six games but they will have center Mike Brewter. Both have experience in their final year. The defense for Ohio State is depleted. They face the Big Ten without Cameron Heyward, Ross Homan and Brian Rolle. Now, the biggest threat on the "D" is defensive tackle John Simon. Simon is a monster who can fit into the lanes. The other returning player on the D-Line is Nathan Williams. Without Rolle and Homan the only returning linebacker is senior Andrew Sweat. The secondary is weak now too with just safety Orhian Johnson. The Buckeyes may look weak but let's face it: the Buckeyes do what the Buckeyes do.

Heisman Hopeful: Terrelle Pryor
Big Ten Rank: 1st
