Speacial Edition: Stanley Cup Predictions

The Flyers run to the playoffs has been amazing. After reaching the playoffs as a seven seed they took down a skilled Devils team led by Zach Parise. Next after being down 3-0 in a series against the Boston Bruins they made a fantastic run to win the series in seven games. They would take down Montreal next to get to the Stanley Cup. Led by Simon Gagne and Danny Briere and a strong defnese with Chirs Pronger and Michael Leighton in goal the Flyers are lethal. Meanwhile, the road to the Stanley Cup was easier for the Chicago Blackhawks including a dominant series against the West's best in the Sharks. They are fast, with a good mix of young and experienced players. Young stars include Jonathan Toews and Dustin Byfuligen, a converted defensemen. Old stars include Marian Hossa and John Madden(right). In goal, Anti Niemmi has come out of nowwhere to lead the Blackhawks. Philedelphia's run ends here with Chicago winning in six.
